Terms & Conditions

Benda Custom Picks is an independent French registered business offering selected custom parts and complete look configurations for Benda Napoleon 125/250 owners.

Checkout summary: every paid order is prepared according to the motorcycle model, products, quantities, colours, options, delivery country and total amount selected and reviewed by the customer before payment. After payment confirmation, order processing may start immediately.

2. Independent custom parts selection

Benda Custom Picks provides selected custom parts and complete look configurations for Benda Napoleon 125/250 owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Benda, Keeway, MBP or their distributors.

Some products may be supplied through selected specialist suppliers, manufacturers or preparation channels. Benda Custom Picks coordinates the order process, product selection, option confirmation, secure checkout and customer follow-up until delivery.

3. Customer-selected order details

Before payment, the customer must review the selected motorcycle model, products, quantities, colours, options, delivery country, delivery details and total amount shown in the cart.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all selected products, colours, options and order details have been reviewed and accepted before payment.

Product photos and videos are used to present the part style, visual result and general configuration. Some visual material may be supplied by specialist third-party suppliers or manufacturers.

4. Payment and order confirmation

Secure card payments are processed by Stripe. PayPal may also be available as an alternative international checkout option. Benda Custom Picks does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

A payment attempt, checkout confirmation, terms acceptance and payment success page may be recorded for fraud prevention, order follow-up and dispute evidence.

5. Custom order processing

Important: after payment confirmation, Benda Custom Picks may start order processing, supplier preparation, product allocation, packaging preparation or dispatch preparation based on the customer’s selected items and options.

By accepting the custom order policy at checkout, the customer confirms that Benda Custom Picks may start processing the custom parts order after payment confirmation.

Once order processing, supplier preparation, product allocation, packaging preparation or dispatch preparation has started, cancellation is not automatic and may no longer be possible.

6. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation or refund requests are reviewed according to the actual processing status of the order, supplier/preparation status, dispatch status, payment provider rules and applicable consumer law.

If the order has not yet entered order processing, supplier preparation or dispatch preparation, Benda Custom Picks may review the cancellation request. If processing has already started, the order may continue until delivery.

Benda Custom Picks does not guarantee that cancellation is possible after payment confirmation when the order has already entered processing.

Where legally permitted, payment processing fees, supplier processing costs, preparation costs, product allocation costs or costs already incurred may be deducted from any accepted refund.

7. Delivery and tracking

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available from the supplier, preparation channel or logistics partner. International delivery may be affected by logistics delays, customs controls or local import procedures.

8. Import duties, taxes and local compliance

Unless expressly stated otherwise, local import duties, customs charges, taxes, inspections, registration obligations or local compliance checks may remain the responsibility of the customer in the destination country.

9. Support and order follow-up

Customer support is available by email at support@bendacustompicks.com. The customer should include the order email, request ID or payment reference when contacting support.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

Delivery, EU orders and non-EU import charges

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, listed prices include delivery.

For delivery within the European Union, delivery is included and no import duties are added at checkout by Benda Custom Picks.

For delivery outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country, customs authority or carrier. These charges are not controlled by Benda Custom Picks and remain the customer’s responsibility.
